Digital Products – No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (or access/download has been provided), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned after delivery. Therefore, we are unable to reverse the transaction once access has been granted.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• You received the wrong digital product.
• The download link does not work and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
• The purchased files are permanently corrupted and cannot be accessed after our support team verifies the issue.

In such cases, we may provide either:

• A replacement download link,
• A corrected product, or
• A refund, if the issue cannot be resolved.

Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, features, compatibility, and requirements.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Purchased by mistake.
• Changed your mind.
• No longer need the product.
• Lack of technical knowledge.
• Incompatibility with software or devices not mentioned in the product description.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
